Training Supervisor

North Yorkshire Citizens Advice and Law Centre is recruiting for a Training Supervisor. This challenging but rewarding role will see the right applicant join a team of dedicated supervisors who are responsible for recruiting, training and supporting our team of volunteers and supporting the training of the paid staff team.

This pivotal role would suit someone with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You will need to have the ability to manage volunteers, to give feedback objectively and sensitively and also be able to deliver training modules.

Experience within the Citizens Advice service or equivalent and an ability to demonstrate a solid knowledge of advice areas such as benefits, debt, housing and employment will be a real advantage.

The role is based in our Harrogate office with regular travel to other North Yorkshire offices, including Skipton, as and when required.
