This is a re-advertisement of a role at Central England Law Centre.
We seek an experienced IT administrator with an excellent standard of attention-to-detail to play a key role within our systems and training function.
Central England Law Centre (CELC) is the UK’s largest Law Centre, with a national reputation for innovation and excellence in its legal practice. We are a charity that provides free specialist legal advice to people in Coventry and Birmingham who are most in need. We advocate for people, challenge unfair decisions, take cases to the highest courts and work in partnerships with other support services. We work tirelessly to fulfil our vision of a society where people’s rights are upheld, their needs met, and in which everybody can thrive.
At the heart of its approach is total commitment to services that address all the interconnected problems people face in their everyday lives. Poverty lies at the core of these issues. We need to build a stronger response that reaches those who are least likely to know that they have legal rights.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play an essential role in a friendly organisation that is trying to make a difference to the lives of people in our communities who are most vulnerable. You will play a significant role across the organisation, including taking responsibility for the efficient and effective use of IT and providing support to staff and volunteers in the effective use of key law centre systems (Office 365 including SharePoint and legal case management system) and key administrative processes. You will also be responsible for collating and sharing the best practice for effective operation of law centre and team activities, maintaining and developing our internal training and learning resources, managing key equipment and coordinating the relationships with our IT and digital partners.
The Law Centre is in the heart of the City and a 5-minute walk from the railway station.

Salary: up to £25,540 depending on experience
28 days holiday (rising to 35 days after 5 years service) plus 8 statutory days
