We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills to work in our busy Reception and act as the first point of contact for enquiries from members of the public and clients attending for appointments. You will need diplomacy and tact, to be able to handle difficult callers and be assertive when necessary. The ability to multi-task and deal with enquiries, even when you are busy, will be beneficial. Experience of working within an advice setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
