  • Managing your own caseload and keeping accurate case records

  • Helping clients maximise income and access additional support where needed

  • Delivering advice through appointments, outreach, telephone, video and online platforms

  • Supporting volunteers and contributing to a collaborative team environment

  • Assisting with project reporting, case studies and funding returns

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 12 months’ experience providing debt advice

  • Experience working under a Money and Pensions Service contract, or a recognised debt advice qualification such as MIMA

  • Strong client care and communication skills

  • The ability to manage a busy caseload and meet targets

  • Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and Excel

  • An understanding of the challenges faced by clients experiencing financial hardship

  • A commitment to social justice and equal access to advice services
