We run a national service which provides advice and support to staff and volunteers from local Citizens Advice charities across England & Wales on immigration legal matters, enabling them to better support their clients. We deliver this service through a national telephone helpline, and this role will provide advice and guidance focused on Level 1 and 2 queries. Whilst the service is primarily there to deal with enquiries through a helpline, there will be an opportunity to support casework. For more information follow the link to our jobs page.
