Immigration & Asylum Caseworker

Citizens Advice Bradford & Airedale and Bradford Law Centre is a large, busy service based over 3 sites in Bradford and Keighley.

If you are highly organised, experienced in delivering targets within a quality assurance framework and want a rewarding role, the following job opportunity is available.

• £29,000- £37,000 salary

• 5% pension contribution

• 37 hours p/w based in our Manor Row office, with hybrid working negotiable.

The postholder will be IAAS (Senior Caseworker) qualified and able to take referrals from external partner organisations as well as internal referrals from other specialist teams. A solid and proven track record of Immigration/Asylum work is required. Experience of offering Asylum law advice and representation to clients under a Legal Aid contract would be welcome.

The postholder will be required to meet financial targets and may be required to provide support in relation to Immigration/asylum on other contracts.

The successful candidate will have experience of handling their own caseload and delivering a casework service in asylum, immigration and will have experience of working under LAA contract.
