Housing Caseworker/Solicitor

Southwark Law Centre (SLC) are seeking to recruit a housing caseworker/solicitor to work at our Lewisham Law Centre.

The successful applicant will have:

• 2 years’ recent experience of providing housing advice and representation in a legal or advice setting on a full-time basis. Part time also considered

• Experience of working to legal deadlines/time limits and managing a sizable and complex caseload

• Understanding of the housing issues affecting local residents

• Experience of representing clients at the County Court

You will also demonstrate experience of working on a Legal Aid housing contract and using CCMS.
