Law Centres are not-for-profit legal practices using the law as a tool for change: to make the UK a just and equal society. They help those in greatest need with high-quality legal assistance to protect their homes, lives and livelihoods. The Law Centres Network (LCN) is their membership body, leading and supporting member Law Centres across the country.

LCN is looking for a Head of Product who can plan, schedule, coordinate and manage the delivery of specific projects within the ambitious digital programme. The Lead will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition to the next phase of delivery.

We are looking for someone who is committed to approaching problems through an experimental lens and appreciates the value of focusing on service users’ needs. Crucially, the Head of Product will be experienced in working with and through multiple partners in an agile, lean and distributed environment and reporting to a range of stakeholders. They will be collaborative, flexible and creative in their approach.

If you are fired by our ambition, and think you have the skills and the experience to lead our digital programme, we would like to hear from you. You may be an experienced UX designer who is looking for a leadership role or a product manager looking to work across a range of projects. If you have recent experience of managing product development, and are motivated by doing good, you will love working with us.

You will be joining a small and dedicated team, based across the UK. Our work atmosphere is friendly and informal but diligent.

The Head of Product will play a vital role in ensuring that LCN's rapidly expanding digital programme continues to deliver exceptional services to Law Centres in collaboration with a range of delivery partners while remaining on schedule and in budget.
