Job Description
To work alongside and support the Employment Law supervisor with Employment Law enquiries and cases and provide high quality advice and casework.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide advice services to clients in all aspects of Employment law.
Research, discover facts of an enquiry and advise clients
Ensure accurate case recording of all enquiries and advice given.
Keep up to date with changes in relevant legislation
Provide advice as part of our telephone advice service and to follow up enquiries
Deal with a diverse client group with understanding and empathy at all times
Undertake such training as is necessary to maintain standards and knowledge required
Contribute to the Centre`s services by taking part in outreach work if requested
Attend to basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, dealing with phone and online enquiries
