Employment Caseworker

Are you a trained generalist adviser or experienced caseworker who has a keen interest in issues related to employment and discrimination? Do you want to work for an organisation that seeks to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face? North Yorkshire Citizens Advice and Law Centre is seeking an Employment Caseworker to work within our Law Centre team. This role involves providing a full range of advice and casework on issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination at work, redundancy and also helps to ensure that clients are aware of their rights at work.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to research, analyse and interpret complex information whilst managing a varied workload and meeting deadlines.

Based in any of our offices across North Yorkshire (Northallerton, Richmond, Malton, Scarborough, Selby, Harrogate, Whitby and Skipton).
