Cambridge House Law Centre Employment and Discrimination Caseworker is a part-time role and responsible for the provision of high quality advice and assistance to users of the Law Centre.
The successful candidate will:
Have 2-4 years' experience and expert knowledge of employment and discrimination law.
Be client focused with a results orientated approach and a commitment to our corporate vision.
Provide guidance and referral support to generic advice providers in Southwark.
Develop and maintain casework in under Cambridge House’s Legal Aid Agency Discrimination Law contract and ensure fee earning targets are met.
Contribute to the development of the Law Centre’s strategic plans.
Cambridge House as a multi-purpose voluntary organisation addressing a range of
community needs in flexible and imaginative ways.
