• Salary: £26.510-£30,341 per annum

• Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week) or Part-time (minimum 30 hours considered)Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2029 (with possibility of extension)

About the Role

The post holder will receive referrals from healthcare professionals and conduct a specialist triage to identify clients’ social welfare needs and the support required to address them. They will deliver person-centred advice and advocacy through the Health Justice Partnership, primarily on housing, welfare benefits, community care and cost-of-living issues, working closely with CELC’s specialist legal teams. Support may extend to other areas where needed.
